Roberta (Bobbie) Walker and her horse Irish Gold, for the Woodbrook Hunt Club. Miss Walker was the daughter of William J. (Bill) Walker, early president of the Hunt Club and head of Walker Cut Stone Inc., operators of the quarry at Wilkeson, Washington. Irish Gold was a thoroughbred imported from Canada by Mr. Walker for his daughter.

Two boys on horseback, ordered by Mrs. Harold Allen of the Woodbrook Hunt Club. The older boy on the right is Harold Jr. and younger is Arthur. Harold Allen was the president of the Tacoma Dredging Co. and the family resided at 615 No. 6th. The two boys, dressed in matching jackets that zip up the front, appear small astride full size horses.

In addition to being a proficient horse woman, Miss Bryan lists her occupation in the 1934 City Directory as stenographer at Pacific Savings & Loan and her address as Thornewood. She was the only daughter of Thomas H. Bryan of Thornewood Lodge, who was master of the hounds. This was a position that Mr. Bryan had previously held with hunt clubs in Ireland.

Kathryn Snyder and Susanne Ingram are two of the hunt club members on horseback. There are also two Model-T Fords parked on the left.
